Current Status of Tier 1 Investor Visa

- Tuberculosis (TB) test results if applicable.
- Criminal record certificates from countries resided in for 12 months over the last 10 years.
- Certified translations of any documents not in English or Welsh.
- Evidence of investment funds and source of funds (if held less than 2 years or received from relative).
- Proof of UK bank account for investment, with letter on bank letterhead confirming account and funds.
- Partner’s consent and supporting documents if funds are from spouse or partner.
- Additional documents depending on personal circumstances.
Cost of Applying
- Application fee: £1,623.
- Healthcare surcharge (mandatory).
- Optional priority service: £500 for a decision within five working days.
