Eligibility for the Netherlands Startup Visa

Application Process

  1. Secure support from a recognized facilitator for your startup.
  2. Submit your startup visa application with details of your startup and personal information.
  3. Select the business location and register with the local council.
  4. Register your startup with the Chamber of Commerce and obtain VAT number from the Tax and Customs Administration.
  5. Attend an interview with the Dutch Immigration and Naturalization Service (IND) if required.
  6. Upon approval, receive a residence permit for one year, extendable by two years based on startup progress.

Setting Up a Business in the Netherlands

  • Prepare incorporation documents, including Articles of Association.
  • Submit documents to the Trade Register.
